To continually live up to our responsiblity towards our employees and the planet, LLOYD has created a company-own system which makes trainings and measures a key, long-term component of the company culture.
In line with our company principles, we developed the LLOYD Corporate Responsibility System in 2015. It is realised on an operative level through the two areas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Compliance. In the area of Compliance, we are concerned with the fulfilment of laws and guidelines, and in 2015 and 2016 we continually organised employee trainings. The area of CSR encompasses mainly the sustainable development of the company in which transparent supply chains as well as social and environmental aspects of business are the focus. To ensure this, we have been organising internal trainings since 2017 which teach the necessity of sustainable business practices.
